HNHS holds Annual Drug Symposium

Last October 2, 2016 at exactly 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon everybody were gathered at Handumon National High School ground to witness and experience once again another drug symposium conducted by GMO Policemen who collaborated the essentials of knowing drugs illegality and cases. This symposium was conducted before so it was been oriented for everybody to acknowledge the essence of the  program. One of the police officer said “ Certain types of drugs are classified according to their uses, legal and illegal”. The policemen briefly highlighted and admonish to everybody the possibilities of taking for granted the risk of illegal drug dependency. As the program goes on, the latter highly expresses his deep contradiction towards illegal drugs. He spoke many consequences that would be wholesomely leading an individual to much destruction-in social life, moral , spiritual and physical.

Furthermore, they eagerly advice everyone in school ground to be aware and not to be snob about drugs instead report it to the authorities.

An oath for all students was made and done solemnly. Later, a valuable message was delivered by a Police Head Officer that was intimately nourishing the minds of everybody to abstain from drugs. The program ended by a Question and Answer segment that was leaded by the Police Head and Ms. Lucille Mira. Everybody had handed over queries to be answered by the police head and company.
