by: Irish Torreta

The best stage of a students life is during High School times, this is very common statement we usually hear to those old-aged people who experienced the different stages in life.

It was August 5 & 6 when the Intramurals 2016 was celebrated with the theme :One Heart, One Spirit , One Mission in Sport . This two-day activity was one of the most awaited event in HNHS. In behalf of our School Principal Sir Rogelito H. Abanggan, Mr. Jose Argie Torreon –the sports coordinator officially opened the activity. The search for Mr. & Ms. HNHS 2016 was said to be the highlight of the event. The participants really did their best and they deserved to be congratulated. Mr. James  Humphrey Socobos and Ms. Trisha Mechaella Botero both from grade 8 level of Faith and Charity class were crowned as Mr. & Ms. HNHS 2016.

The different games were played on the following days of Intramurals; both ball games and  mind games simultaneously. The said activity cultivated and enhanced students’ skills, abilities and proved the real meaning of sportsmanship.

Intramurals is the day to remember God’s given talents and skills, build friendship, show discipleship and cooperation. This year 2016 Intramurals puts a mark on the history of HNHS and this is the prove that everyone can make a change.

Pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, Katangi-tangi

2014
Cynthia Torreon, 9-Fortitude
